Welcome

On behalf of the Parishioners, Religious and Clergy of Ashford and Glenealy Parish, I welcome you to our website. Thank you for joining us.

Perhaps you have gone online to learn more about the parish you live in – welcome neighbour. Let us know a little about you and your family by completing the Ashford and Glenealy Parish registration form, and help us keep in touch with you. You may come from further afield and simply want to know something about Ashford & Glenealy parish – I hope that your visit will transform distance into friendship.

Maybe you wish to access information about our Catholic Faith; the celebration of the Sacraments; or some of the many organisations that are active in our Parish.

Pope John Paul 11 said: “Parish means Christ’s presence among men and women; parish means a set of persons; parish means community in which Jesus Christ confirms the presence of God. The parish is a living part of the people of God.” That is what we endeavour to build and create here in the parish of Ashford and Glenealy and you are welcome to be part of it.

So whatever the reason for your visit, I trust that you find it worthwhile. I pray that the time you spend on the website will assist you in your journey through life.

Prayerfully,

Fr. Kevin Rowan Adm.
