Children's Mass
Children’s Liturgy takes place during the 11:00 mass in Ashford on the Second Sunday of each month.
Younger Children
Children up to First Communion age, and their parents, gather in the assembly hall in Ashford National School next door to the church.
The liturgy is made accessible to younger children through the use of approprite bible stories and readings; action songs of praise and
themed activities related to the day's liturgy.
The group re-joins the main celebration in the church for the consecration.
Older children
The youth of the parish lead the readings and the prayer of the faithful during the celebration of mass.
